The License Center parking lot will be closed beginning the afternoon of October 31 for resurfacing. During this period, customers are advised to park on the north-east side of the mall and walk around the perimeter if it is safe. The closure is necessary because changes to the interior of the mall have eliminated access to the License Center from inside.
