The City of Caledonia, Minnesota, has announced that its Planning Commission will review a proposed ordinance aimed at regulating rental properties within the city. A full copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review below. A copy is also available during regular business hours in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 231 E. Main Street, in the City of Caledonia," states an official notice from city officials.
