The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is working on a new transit plan for greater Minnesota and is seeking feedback from riders. The department has launched an onboard survey to gather information about what aspects of transit service are effective and which areas need improvement.

According to MnDOT, input from the public will help identify regional transit needs and shape future policies and recommendations. Riders can participate by completing a short survey during their trip. QR codes for the survey are available on board, and staff may also be present to assist passengers.

More information about the initiative can be found at https://talk.dot.state.mn.us/greater-minnesota-transit-plan.

"Your input will help identify transit needs across the region and guide policies and recommendations to address them."
