The Caledonia Police Reserve is organizing a community event as part of National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5. The event will take place at Veteran’s Memorial Park from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Attendees can expect food prepared by the Houston County Cattlemen, who will be serving hamburgers and all-beef hot dogs. While the food is free, donations are welcome to support the event.

There will also be a raffle where participants have the chance to win gift cards. Children attending the event can register for an opportunity to win one of two bicycles.

Musical entertainment for the evening will be provided by Joe and Jackie Cody. In addition, the Caledonia Pool will offer free swimming during the event.

The National Night Out is designed to bring community members together and foster positive relationships between residents and local law enforcement agencies.
