Spencer Wright, former Winona Senior High School standout, played on Saturday, April 19 in NCAA Division II baseball game

On Saturday, April 19, former Winona Senior High School standout Spencer Wright’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at UMC Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Bowyer Field against Concordia Golden Bears.
