WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01) issued the following statement regarding this week’s votes in Washington, D.C.:

“My family and I are continuing to deal with the aftermath of the fire that occurred at our home last Wednesday,” said Rep. Finstad. “Yesterday, I was in Minnesota for family obligations that caused me to be absent for votes. I have since returned to Washington, D.C. and will be present for all remaining votes this week.

“It is truly the honor of a lifetime to represent the people of southern Minnesota in Congress. Jackie and I are thankful for their continued thoughts and prayers as our family works through this challenging time.”
