City Of Rochester issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
REMINDER: The US National Weather Service La Crosse Wisconsin is predicting a high impact winter storm for the #RochMN area, starting this afternoon and lasting through Thursday. Heavy snowfall is expected.
Seasonal parking requirements are in effect city-wide from Nov. 1 to April 1, during the hours of 2:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
This means you should park your vehicles on the EVEN side of the street tonight (Tuesday evening) prior to 2:00 a.m. Wednesday.
The public is encouraged to use off-street parking where possible.
