Registered sex offender: One living in Wabasha County in Q2

There was one more registered sex offender living in Wabasha County in the second quarter of 2022 compared to the previous quarter, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

There is one sex offender registered in Wabasha County in the second quarter of 2022, compared to zero the quarter before.

The Registry shows this sex offender is not a sexual predator. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.

Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.
