Dem. Kim Hicks lost her bid for House District 25A to Republican Quam, who was seeking re-election.
Hicks conceded on her Facebook page, adding that the campaign did not go as planned.
“I have called and left a message for Mr.Quam conceding. I want to thank you all for your support. This was not the campaign I wanted, cancer got in the way but it was an amazing experience. Again, thank you all.”
