Caledonia Elementary School issued the following announcement on Oct 26.
Hi everyone,
We would like to inform you that we have had three positive COVID-19 cases reported in the Middle School/High School building this week. Two students in the High School and one staff member in the Middle School/High School. People who have been deemed Close Contacts with the individuals who tested positive have been contacted and are quarantining.

With the increase in cases in Houston County, we would like to remind you to err on the side of caution and stay home (or keep your children home) if they are not feeling well. When in doubt, stay home. Also, if someone in the household is currently being tested for COVID and awaiting results, ALL members of the household must stay home until results are known. This includes extracurricular activities, including sports. As always, please contact the school with any questions.
We would like to thank everyone for remaining vigilant with social distancing, hand washing, and avoiding events where there are crowds.
Thank you,
Superintendent Craig Ihrke
