City of Caledonia issued the following announcement on June 12.
The Coulee Region Sports League is requiring all players and coaches to sign and return a COVID-19 liability waiver form in order to participate in youth baseball and softball this season. Please complete the form below and drop it of at City Hall by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 15. We need to have them delivered to the Coulee Region Sports League by Friday, June 19. Forms are available at City Hall as well. Please email caledoniaparkrec@hotmail.com if you have any additional questions.
