City Of Austin issued the following announcement on June12.

The following City meetings will take place the Week of June 15, 2020:

MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2020

5:30 PM The Mayor and City Council will meet in City Hall Council Chambers for a regularly scheduled bimonthly meeting.

Some members may participate by telephone or other electronic means. Any citizen wishing to monitor the meeting from a remote location should do so by tuning in to Charter Channel 180. Anyone not able to do so, or anyone wishing to address the council should contact Ann Kasel at 437-9943 to make arrangements in advance.

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE COUNCIL MEETING:

The Mayor and City Council will meet as the Committee-of-the-Whole in City Hall Council Chambers for a regularly scheduled bimonthly work session.

Some members may participate by telephone or other electronic means. Any citizen wishing to monitor the meeting from a remote location should contact Ann Kasel at 437-9943 to make arrangements in advance.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2020

3:30 PM The HRA Board will meet at the HRA office, 308 2nd Avenue NE, for a regularly scheduled monthly meeting.

Some members may participate by telephone or other electronic means. Any citizen wishing to monitor the meeting from a remote location should contact Taggert Medgaarden at 433-1866 to make arrangements in advance.

THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2020

2:00 PM The Culture & Arts Commission will meet in City Hall Conference Room B for a regularly scheduled monthly meeting.

Some members may participate by telephone or other electronic means. Any citizen wishing to monitor the meeting from a remote location should contact Holly Wallace at 437-9952 to make arrangements in advance.
