City of Caledonia issued the following announcement on March 12
Notice Is Hereby Given that the Caledonia City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 23, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 231 East Main Street, to consider a zoning application submitted by Eitzen State Bank requesting setback variances at 115 N State Hwy. 44/76 (Parcel ID 210578000 & Parcel ID 210579000) for the purpose of constructing a new building. The legal descriptions for the properties are as follows:

“Lot 3 of Block 3 in Betz Addition to the City of Caledonia; Together with a perpetual easement for all purposes of travel, which easement is now in use, extending from the Northerly extension of Main Street in the City of Caledonia Northeasterly to Minnesota Trunk Highway #44, which easement shall accrue to the benefit of the grantee, his heirs, administrators, representatives and assigns, and is appurtenant to the above described Lot 3.
