City of Canton issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
As previously noted, the City of Canton will conduct 2020 elections by mail ballot. This notice outlines the procedure for the 2020 Statewide Presidential Nomination Primary Election. If you are a registered voter, you will soon receive your ballot in the mail. Simply complete the ballot and return it in the postage prepaid return envelope. Eligible, but non-registered voters, should contact the Fillmore County Auditor/Treasurer Office for an absentee ballot. There will be no poll voting on March 3 in the City of Canton. Please direct all questions to the Auditor/Treasurer Office at (507) 765-3811.
