City of Austin issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.
Timelapse video of concrete paving on the eastbound and westbound outside lanes of Oakland Place SE last Friday. Today the contractor is pouring the last of the concrete pavement in the roadway. They will then work on sidewalks and turf restoration. Oakland Place SE is expected to be reopened to traffic sometime during the week of November 4th.
