The Registry shows six sex offenders living in Winona County in Q1

There was one more registered sex offender living in Winona County in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the previous quarter, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

There are six sex offenders registered in Winona County in the first quarter of 2023, compared to five the quarter before.

The Registry shows none of these sex offenders are sexual predators. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.

Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.

Cieminski also has a history of window peeping, breaking into homes, and stealing women's underwear.
Antoine Milton BookerCriminal sexual conduct in the second degreeAntoine Booker engaged in sexual contact with an unknown female child. Contact included sexually touching and penetration. Booker gained access at a social gathering and took advantage of her vulnerable state to gain compliance.
