City Of Oronoco issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
Good morning,
The City of Oronoco’s wastewater project contractor (Fitzgerald Excavating and Trucking) is planning sanitary sewer construction that will require a one day street closure at the following locations:
• Lake Shady Avenue South will be closed to through traffic at 12th Street SW on Monday, August 15, 2022
• 100th Street NW (Olmsted CSAH 112) will be closed to through traffic on the east side of the Minnesota Avenue South / 100th Street Intersection on Monday, August 15, 2022.
Both closures will be one day and both roadways will be reopened on August 16th with a gravel surface. Bituminous street patching is to occur within 10 days of this closing and will required another 1 day closure at a date to be determined. A separate noticed will be issued when we have a firm date for the roadway closures for repaving.
