City Of Lanesboro issued the following announcement on Aug. 03.
The filing period for mayor and city council is now open! Affidavits of Candidacy will be accepted until August 16th at 5pm. The City of Lanesboro has 2 council seats and the mayor up for election at this time.
Please stop by the City Office to file. There is a $2.00 filing fee.
