City Of Byron issued the following announcement on Jun 01.
The Byron Pool is tentatively scheduled to open the week of June 13, if all goes according to plan. Right now, the pool is being sandblasted and repainted to take care of pool surface quality issues. This work is scheduled to be completed in early June.
The pool will then be filled with water and examined by Olmsted County Health Inspectors. An adequate number of lifeguards are ready to work, and swimming lessons will be offered this year. Pool passes and punch cards will be available for purchase at the pool. Updated information will be posted to the Byron website and city Facebook page as it becomes available.
