Here's an opportunity for families in Fillmore County to get flu shots AND get childhood vaccinations caught up. Fillmore County Public Health is offering appointments during the week of December 7-11. They can be reached at 507-765-3898 if you have questions or would like to make an appointment. For each family member you would like immunized please print off and fill out a copy of the attached authorization form.
