City Of Spring Valley issued the following announcement on Oct 22.
Just a reminder that elections WILL be held as usual on Tuesday, November 3rd at the Community Center for residents of the City of Spring Valley and Spring Valley Township only. If you want to avoid the crowds that day, you CAN vote in person at the courthouse in Preston before election day.
There is no early voting in Spring Valley.
