Office Of Mn.It Services issued the following announcement on July 9.
Minnesota's state employees are staying busy during the state's COVID-19 response, and MNIT has the data to show it:
• MNIT trained over 1,400 users on conferencing and collaboration tools
• We have seen a 580% increase in interactions (calls, meetings, chats) on those tools
• There have been days where state employees have sent over 165,000 instant messages
