City of Austin issued the following announcement on July 1.
City Clerk Ann Kasel blogs about the changes for voting in 2020. All City of Austin voters will vote at the Holiday Inn for the primary on August 11th and general on November 3rd. This change is due to the legislature removing schools as polling places.
Voters can request an absentee ballot via mail by calling 437-9535 or online at https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/AB…/ABRegistrationStep1.aspx.
In person absentee voting is also open at City Hall, 500 4th Avenue NE. Questions? Please call Ann at 437-9943.
