City Of Winona issued the following announcement on May 29.
The City of Winona is about to embark on an exciting opportunity to unify, expand, and renovate two community assets. Joining the two facilities together, the Friendship Center and East Recreation Center will bring a new and improved recreational facility and community gathering space to better serve Winona's wellness and recreational needs. By renovating the existing East Recreation Center, the facility will be transformed to enhance user experience, overall functionality, and use of space.
To do this, we want to hear from you! Tell us your ideas to make the new Community Center Winona’s next great place. The results of this work will inform design plans being developed now through the end of the year.
