City of Canton issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
We've got a simple solution to help you determine if a leaky toilet is driving up your water bill. Toilet leaks can waste up to 200 gallons of water a day. These blue dye tablets give you a quick, easy way to check for unnoticed leaks. Just drop a tablet in your toilet tank and wait 15 minutes. If your toilet bowl turns blue, then you have a leak. Stop by Canton City Hall for your free tablets and test your toilets. Just be careful when handling them or you may turn into a Smurf!
