City of Austin issued the following announcement on Jan. 14.
There will be a Presidential Primary held in Minnesota on March 3, 2020. City of Austin voters will vote at their normal polling places. Voters will be required to declare if they would like a Democratic ballot or a Republican ballot to participate in the primary. Absentee voting starts on Friday, January 17th at the Mower County Auditor-Treasurer's office. Questions? Contact us at 437-9940.
Minnesota voters will be among the first in the country to cast ballots in the presidential primaries when the state opens early voting on Friday.
