City of Brownsdale issued the following announcement on Nov. 25.
The Riverside Skating Club & Tanya Rieken will be providing SIX hours of fun for the kiddos, and in-turn parents will benefit with SIX hours of Christmas shopping time. A win-win for everyone! Just drop your kids off at Hayfield High School and continue your way to a day of uninterrupted shopping! Please bring a sack lunch. A snack will be provided. You can sign up online from the school website under District>Community Ed>Registration Form or send a paper copy to school with your child. A registration form is attached.
Students will:
Create 2 Christmas crafts (shh, this will be a gift for the parents & will come home wrapped in Christmas paper)
Decorate 1 dozen Christmas Cookies to bring home
Watch a Christmas themed movie
