City of Byron issued the following announcement on Oct.2.
The City of Byron has 60-80 cubic yards of 2019 fall street sweepings that will be available to anyone free of charge on a first come first serve basis. The sweepings are NOT screened and may have sand, dirt, leaves, rock and contaminants collected during the street sweeping process. Any person(s) interested must take ALL of the sweepings. The City will deliver within a 10 mile radius of the City limits. Delivery locations must be approved by the Public Works Superintendent prior to acceptance of delivery.
