In the week ending Mar. 28, one gas station in Olmsted County sold midgrade gas at the lowest reported price of $3.59 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

The average reported price of midgrade gas across the county was $3.91 per gallon.

Of the 52 reported gas stations located within Olmsted County, 10 offered midgrade gas.

The statewide average price of midgrade gas in Minnesota was $3.85 per gallon for the week ending Mar. 28, a decrease from the previous week.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
